Each and every student has the opportunity to have their own personal session with our staff of teachers during draw days.  Student’s bring in family and friends to practice venipuncture.  Students have their own personal trainer, phelbotomy instructor at their side for all of their twenty five draws.  That amounts to twenty five hours of personal instruction by our teachers and professors, which is one of the many reasons that our students are chosen over others for job placement.

At Phlebotomy Career Training students are special.  The responsibility of the instructor to the student is very important.  Students require to feel at ease.  The learning atmosphere should reflect a dynamic environment.  The classroom is a place for learning.  Every student is given special attention.  Questions are encouraged.  Students are made to feel that they are part of a larger picture.  The portrait of a healthcare provider is one of compassion, courage and intellect.  These are the qualities that are espoused by instructors as well as developed within the students.
